For the hard-wearing professional finish

Screen printing is a traditional stencil method where the artwork is printed by pushing inks through a stencil on a mesh screen directly onto the garment. The artwork needs to be separated into solid colours and a separate mesh screen is prepared for each colour, each layer cured before printing the next colour.

Screen printing is a proven printing technique that has been in the industry for many years. Perfect for events, buck’s or Hen’s nights, band and fashion merchandising, individual names and numbers for sporting teams.

Screen printing offers a clean and professional finish and can be used on a wide range of products including T-Shirts, Polo Shirts, Singlets, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Jackets, Hi-Vis Workwear & Safety Wear, Tote Bags and Umbrellas

By adding your brand to your organisation or business’s uniforms, you can make your brand look more sophisticated and represented in the best way possible way. Screen printing ensures that potential customers perceive your brand exactly how you want and create a desired reputation.

Benefits of using Screen Printing:

  • Durable prints, eco-friendly inks
  • Ability to match your brand colours
  • Cost effective for medium to larger runs with large print area
  • Ultra-fine detail with any design (finest of text, perfect colour gradients)
  • Stock on site
  • Simple one stop shop
  • Ideal for branding on pockets or seams
  • Quality digitising of your logo
  • Fast turnaround time (2 weeks from the order confirmation, payment and artwork approval)
  • Versatility with fabrics, ability to print on synthetic fabrics

Disadvantages of using Screen Printing:

  • Garment selection limited to specific range
  • Not practical for small runs
  • Colour combinations are limited
  • Minimum order requirements of 20 units
  • Setup and digitising fees
  • The more colours, the more expensive it gets
  • Photos are difficult to reproduce
  • Can only be applied to flat surfaces
  • Care is required when washing the garments (refer to Product Care page)

We will need you to send us a high-quality file of your logo/artwork, preferably a vector graphic to digitise it properly. If we believe your logo or image is too small or too intricate, we will work with you to find a solution.

If we have any issues regarding image size or resolution, we will contact you immediately.

As a general guide, the cost of screen printing is based on the number of garments that you want decorated, the complexity and size of your design and the number of designs needed per garment.

Should you want to do a rerun of the same design and print solution at a later date, setup fees will no longer be applicable.

Email your requirements to Hello@licinia.com.au or fill out our customisation request form, and we will assist you in finding the right product and best printing solution for you.
