request custom production services;
provide artwork or branding files;

3. CUSTOM ARTWORK & CLIENT FILES

Where you provide artwork, logos, branding assets, designs, or production files for custom or wholesale orders, we may store, process, reproduce, and use those materials for the purpose of fulfilling your order, providing customer support, maintaining production records, and performing quality control.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to supply submitted content.

We do not claim ownership of client-supplied intellectual property.

4. SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

5. PORTFOLIO & PROMOTIONAL USE

Where permitted under our Website Terms of Service, Wholesale & Custom Production Terms, or with your consent, we may display non-confidential completed project work for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes.

This may include completed garments, mock-ups, branding applications, or business names and logos where reasonably connected to the services provided.

We will not intentionally disclose confidential, sensitive, or private personal information without permission.

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
