Throughout this policy, “Licinia”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Licinia Pty Ltd.

1. PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Custom and wholesale bulk orders generally require approximately 5–15 business days from final artwork approval to dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

During sale periods, new collection launches, or peak trading times, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address, and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $199 AUD (excluding custom or wholesale orders unless otherwise specified).

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, location, and peak periods.


3. RISK & DELIVERY

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by third-party postal or courier services.

While we take care in selecting reliable carriers, we are not liable for delays caused by postal services, weather events, customs processes, or other factors outside our control, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is lost in transit or significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in carrier systems.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@licinia.com.au.


4. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

We do not deliver to PO Boxes for certain courier services that require a signature on delivery. A residential or business address is recommended.

If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the carrier may leave a collection card or arrange redelivery according to their procedures.


5. LOST OR INCORRECT ADDRESS SHIPMENTS

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

We will assist in working with the carrier to resolve delivery issues where possible.


6. RETURNS

Our Return and Refund Policy applies to all orders and should be read in conjunction with this Shipping Policy.

Where a return is approved due to change of mind, original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet acceptable quality under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
