Embroidery is the most common print method for workwear, trade wear and corporate uniforms as it has a clean and professional finish, most long-lasting print method.
Embroidery offers a prestigious look and can be used on a large range of clothing and products including Jackets and other Apparel, Towels, Blankets and Accessories such as Bags, Headwear, Beanies and Scarves. The key to achieving a great embroidery job is in the digitising of your logo, and we spend the time to ensure your logo looks the best it possibly can.

Disadvantages of using Embroidery:
- Unable to print gradients
- Unable to print very fine details and many colours
- Not ideal for large designs
- Minimum order requirements of 20 units
- Setup and digitising fees
- Unable to match colours exactly
While our machines match colours and shapes, if we believe your logo or image is too small or too intricate, we will work with you to find a solution.
We will need you to send us a high-quality file of your logo/artwork, preferably a vector graphic to digitise it properly. We will then create a digital file for our embroidery machines. If we have any issues regarding image size or resolution, we will contact you immediately.
As a general guide, the cost of embroidery is based on the number of garments that you want decorated, the complexity and size of your design and the number of designs needed per garment.
Should you want to do a rerun of the same design and print solution at a later date, setup fees will no longer be applicable.
