    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items. 

    Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, personalised items, prints and ready to hang).

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

    Customised bulk orders, 5-15 business days turnaround from artwork approval to dispatch.

    During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration.

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

    Free shipping for orders over $150 AU (within Australia only, excluding customised bulk orders).

    We do not ship to PO Boxes to ensure proof of delivery is received on all packages as part of our shipping policy. A nominated person must sign for the item once it's received, which can only be actioned at a home address.
