You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Full-priced items are eligible for a refund or store credit.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags and in original packaging.
Customised items (including personalised products and special orders), sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and shipped with care.
Standard orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Customised bulk orders generally require 5–15 business days from artwork approval to dispatch.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 AUD within Australia only, excluding customised bulk orders.
To ensure proof of delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders must be sent to a residential or business address.
