How to Care for Your Candle
The First Burn
When lighting for the first time, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the vessel. This helps prevent tunnelling and encourages an even burn throughout the life of the candle. This may take 2–4 hours.
Trim the Wick
Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately 6mm. This helps reduce soot, prevents mushrooming, and supports a cleaner, steadier flame.
Keep the Wax Clean
Keep the wax pool free from wick trimmings, matches, and debris at all times.
How to Extinguish
Use a candle snuffer where possible, or dip the wick into the melted wax and straighten it again. Avoid blowing out the candle, as this may cause smoke and splatter hot wax.
Avoid Drafts
Drafts can reduce burn time, cause uneven burning, and affect scent throw.
Storage
Store candles in a cool, dark, dry place. A glass cloche can help protect scented candles from dust. Do not burn the candle to the very bottom of the vessel.

To help ensure secure delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes for certain courier services. Orders should be sent to a residential or business address where possible.

Full-priced items may be returned for a refund or store credit, provided they are returned in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
