Shipping

Orders are processed with care and dispatched as efficiently as possible.

Standard orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Custom and bulk orders generally require 5–15 business days from artwork approval to dispatch, depending on production requirements.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address, and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $199 AUD, excluding custom and bulk production orders.

To help ensure secure delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes for certain courier services. Orders should be sent to a residential or business address where possible.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for eligible items.

Full-priced items may be returned for a refund or store credit, provided they are returned in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Custom-made, personalised, made-to-order, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
