Decoration Solutions & Artwork Requirements
To ensure the best possible printing or embroidery results, please provide a high-quality version of your logo or artwork when submitting your customisation request.
Vector artwork is preferred, as it allows us to reproduce your design accurately across different decoration methods.
Preferred File Formats
For the best results, please provide one of the following formats:
• EPS (Vector file) – preferred
• Adobe Illustrator (AI)
• High-resolution PDF with fonts outlined
These formats allow us to scale your design without losing quality.
Other Acceptable Formats
If vector artwork is not available, we may also accept:
• PSD files with images at a minimum 300 dpi
• Text elements at 600 dpi or higher
Please ensure files are high resolution and not taken from low-quality sources such as website screenshots.
Artwork Adjustments
If your artwork is too small, low resolution, or too intricate for the selected printing method, our team will review it and work with you to find the best solution.
In some cases, minor adjustments may be required to ensure the best final result.
